Inspired by my fluffy boy Mitsu, March 2021 is all about kitties! For the first time I’m trying mood and sleep trackers! I once swore I’d never include a sleep tracker since my Fitbit does that for me, but I’m actively trying to change my sleep habits at the moment so having a visual representation is a big help!
