Birthday Self-Care Bullet Journal Project
I’m not really a birthday person, but I’m letting you in on my secret - it’s my birthday today! I’m 34! I usually dedicate my October theme to something pink, but this year I wanted to make something just for me - so here we are.
October 2021 - Halloween Bullet Journal Theme
Tis the spooky season - one of my favourite times of year! My theme for October is Halloween-inspired, but not super in-your-face about it - just some mysterious clouds, moons, and the gorgeous shine of a few select washi tapes.
September 2021 LOTR Bullet Journal - One Ring to Rule Them All
I was a HUGE Lord of the Rings fan as a teenager. When the Fellowship of the Ring film was released in 2001, I was 14 years old. Flash forward twenty years - it’s August 2021 and the world has changed. Australian cities are bouncing in and out of lockdown, and my partner Chris and I have started a tradition - each time our city locks down, we watch the extended edition LOTR movies. As I watched Frodo finish his book, I knew I wanted to set up my September with this epic series in mind.
After the Pen: Flip Through my 2021 January-July Bullet Journal
Ever wanted to see what my layouts look like “after the pen”? That’s what this video is all about! Let’s flip through my 2021 bullet journal mark 1.
July 2021 - Daisy Days Bullet Journal Theme
While the northern hemisphere celebrates summer, it’s winter in Australia - so I wanted to bring the two seasons together in my July journal pages! The daisies are very easy flowers to draw, and I’ve paired them with icy cool lavender and powder blue to represent our chilly days.
June 2021 Bullet Journal: Art Deco, Darling
The winter months had me feeling fancy! My Art Deco layout was so much fun, if a little frustrating, to set up - you need to be very careful when manoeuvring your ruler when working with metallics to avoid smudges!
May 2021 - Minimal + Colourful Bullet Journal Theme
For May, I’m keeping things sleek and simple - but that doesn’t have to mean sombre! This setup is suitable for minimalists, but with a pop of colour. It doesn’t take long to draw up either!
