3 Easy Weekly Dashboards To Try in Your Bullet Journal - with Dutch Doors!

Dashboard spreads are great for anyone who likes to see everything in one place - trackers, weekly events, tasks and more, all visible at a glance. I’ve put together three easy but super-effective dashboard layouts, all featuring Dutch Doors (partial pages that help make the most of your visual space) for you to try in your journal! Watch the video below to learn exactly how to make each one, or scroll down past it to see some detailed photos and descriptions. Which is your favourite?

Weekly Dashboard Spread 1 - Super Efficiency AND She’s Cute!

This layout has everything but the kitchen sink! Space for daily events and reminders along the top. A habit tracker for the duration of the week, and a water tracker to keep you hydrated. A notes space (which you could swap out for whatever your heart desires) AND heaps of space for a running task/to-do list.

To set this spread up, you’ll need to remove a lot of the second page, leaving just a small flap - that’s where those to-dos will live. You could also leave the space directly beside it on each page for more to-dos, if you’re a big task-finisher! I’ve opted to add some cute stickers instead, because I need decoration to survive. I’ve used the Motivational Washi Tape Sticker Set from the Washi Tape Shop - the stickers fit so well in the limited space, and they’re like having your own cheerleader in your journal!

Weekly Dashboard Spread 2 - 4 Weeks Plus Habits in Just 4 Pages

If you’re not a huge weeklies person, this one’s for you! This layout gives you space to add a few events, tasks or reminders to each day, keeps all your weeks together so you can easily glance ahead, and still leaves room for tracking habits for the whole month, AND keeping notes. If the notes section and tiny calendar aren’t your jam, you could add more habits in that space, or even a running to-do list.

I like to decorate my pages - always! So I’ve left a little room for some stickers and washi, but you could say minimal and just add the functional elements. I went for the Spring Garden washi tape sticker set from the Washi Tape Shop - it’s so colourful and uplifting! Some of the stickers are nice and small, so you can squeeze them in little gaps like the one beside my tiny calendar.

Weekly Dashboard Spread 3 - Big Daily Spaces For Tasks, Longer Entries or Memory Keeping

This one’s great for people who live in their weeklies - like me! I see you! It allows you plenty of space for lots of to-dos, longer form journal entries or even memory keeping for each day (without the overwhelm of a whole page for each day) but still gives you a peek at the whole week along the top, so you can see what’s coming up. It also allows lots of room for decoration along the bottom of the spread, which I took full advantage of with the Butterfly Emporium wide PET tape from the Washi Tape Shop! If you wanted to save that space for more journaling, you could use a smaller sticker or washi, only decorate the corners, or just skip the decoration altogether.

Do you love a dashboard spread? Will you try any of these? If you do, make sure to tag me so I can see!
