November Bullet Journal: Blue & Peach Princess-Core Theme

November is part of the Spring months in Australia, which might be why my November bullet journal pages are inspired by a sweet little garden tea party! With a baby blue and apricot colour scheme courtesy of the Washi Tape Shop’s Princess Room PET tapes, a couple of Dutch door spreads and plenty of florals, I’m all set for a rosy November. Watch the video below to see it all come together, or scroll on to see the details!

November Cover Spread

If you’ve checked out the Plan With Me video above you might know I had some trouble with this cover spread - originally I lettered the November header straight on the page with a dip pen and some pretty calligraphy ink… but then I smudged it. Badly! So we went to contingency and covered it up with some washi. Phew! It still turned out so cute, especially that decorative Dutch door that reveals a panel of washi from the next page.

November Calendar Spread

Sometimes I love a floating calendar design! Similar to a standard grid calendar, a floating calendar is the same setup without the vertical lines. I used washi tape as a guide to get ultra-straight lines with my brush pens for those blue stripes!

Goals, Favourites and Musings Spread

I’ve had this set of lovely textured lace papers for YEARS and barely used them - so I decided now was the time. They get lost on a white background, so a little apricot washi made the perfect backdrop to allow that lace edge to pop. This spread was also a great opportunity to use some of the smaller designs from the PET tapes! These pages do somewhat explain themselves - I write and track monthly goals in the goals section, list anything I’m loving in the favourites section, and jot down things that are on my mind in the musings part - achievements, worries, revelations, observations - you name it!

Habit & Mood Tracker Pages

I like keeping my trackers together where I can, so I’ve grouped my habit and mood trackers on adjacent pages. The habits are a simple and space-saving design - just six small calendars to allow space for some vertical decoration along the outside of the page. The mood tracker was a fun one - it’s a window inspired by one of the designs on the Princess Room PET tape I’ve used on the other pages. Each flower represents a day in November, so I can colour them in as the month goes on. I like tracking my moods so I can see when I’m starting to get stressed and overwhelmed - and take some time off to decompress before I hit burnout stages. Self-employed life is like that sometimes!

Meal Planner & Spending Log Pages

I’m not the best at making healthy and frequent food decisions, so I’ve been using meal planners in my journal the past few months in an attempt to train myself into caring about what I eat a bit more. Some months it works better than others! I’ve left space for a shopping list underneath the calendar layout, and specifically made my calendar boxes four spaces tall so I can use the lines for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

The spending log is the same as ever! This is where I write down everything I spent money on in a month, so I can place it into categories, add it to my annual cashflow tracker, and see how my spending trends.

Content Planner Spread

I’m currently trying to grow both my Youtube channel and Instagram account, so it helps to have a space to plan out my content in advance, and write it in as I schedule things in advance! This is the spread where that happens! I love to be a month ahead on monthly bujo content, and this spread is the main reason I can do that.

Weekly Spread

Do you ever get lazy towards the end of a setup? I sure do! This weekly is a great one for that - the Dutch Door gives it some instant visual interest, and the strips of washi tape with different widths and patterns tie in the theme from the previous pages. I also used up the tiny offcuts from the PET tape that hadn’t worked anywhere else. It was a quick and easy spread to make, and it still looks great! Love that!
